How a Commercial Asphalt Quote Works

First we walk the lot. Photos and square footage over the phone are not enough, because base condition is what decides the work. Besides, we usually spot things you had not noticed.
Then you get the scope in writing. That covers what we would do, why, and what it costs. If a cheaper option solves your problem, it goes in the document too.

Our working season runs roughly April to October for hot-mix work. By contrast, sealing and crack work stretch a little further either side. Therefore booking early gets you the slot you want.

Do you work on houses?
No. We only take commercial property, so that means retail, offices, industrial sites, HOAs, schools and municipal facilities.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few working days. However, if you have a safety hazard such as an open pothole in a customer lot, say so when you ring. We will prioritise it.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We walk the lot, document what we find and quote it. You owe nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards.
What should I have ready?
The address is enough to start. Beyond that, it helps to know roughly when the lot was last sealed, plus any complaints you have had from tenants or customers.
Can you bill through our property manager?
Yes, that is common. Tell us who handles approvals and invoicing, and we will work to their process.
