Commercial Asphalt in Utah County
Commercial asphalt in Utah County splits into two very different jobs. Newer developments through Lehi and Vineyard sit beside decades-old lots in Provo and Orem. Consequently they need opposite things.
Why work with Apex Asphalt

Fully licensed and insured. So commercial, HOA, municipal and government contracts are all covered.
No-Obligation Quotes
Scope and price in writing first. Therefore you can decide without any pressure.

Built for Utah Weather
Materials chosen for freeze-thaw and high-desert sun, because generic specs fail here.
Commercial Asphalt in Utah County: Two Kinds of Lot
The build-out through Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain and Vineyard produced a lot of young surface. Those properties do not need major work yet. What they need is a maintenance cycle now, before the first sealcoat runs late and winter cracks sit open.
That is the cheapest asphalt decision a property manager ever makes. Protect something before it starts failing, and the numbers are not close.
At the other end sit the established districts. Provo, Orem, Springville and Payson have lots decades into service. Much of our work there is honest triage. In other words, we decide what can be sealed for another five years, and what has failed at the base. We would rather tell you the surface has good years left than sell a resurfacing you do not need.

FAQ
Utah County Questions
Do you cover south Utah County?
Yes. Spanish Fork, Springville, Payson, Salem and Mapleton all sit inside our normal area. So does the north end, through Lehi and Alpine.
Our lot is only three years old. Does it need anything?
Probably its first sealcoat, and almost certainly crack sealing. Young surfaces are where maintenance pays best, because you protect something that has not begun failing. By contrast, waiting until a lot looks bad means years are already gone.
Can you work with our property management company?
Routinely. We fit whatever approval and reporting process you run. Besides, we can bundle several Utah County sites into one schedule and one contact.
