About Us

Protect. Restore. Impress.

Apex Asphalt is a Utah asphalt contractor working only on commercial property. We maintain, repair, seal, resurface and stripe parking lots. Above all, we tell you honestly which of those you actually need.

A look at how we work.

Why Pick This Utah Asphalt Contractor

Asphalt is an industry with a reputation problem, and it is mostly earned. Every property manager in Utah has heard the story about the crew with leftover material from another job offering a deal on the spot, taking a deposit, and disappearing — or worse, spraying a thin coat over damage that looks fine until the first spring.

We built Apex Asphalt to be the opposite of that. Written quotes with the scope spelled out before anything starts. Preparation done properly even though nobody will ever see it. A straight answer when the honest recommendation is a smaller job than the one you called about, or no job at all this year.

That last part matters more than it sounds. A large share of what we get called out for is a surface that does not actually need resurfacing yet — it needs crack sealing and a sealcoat, at a fraction of the cost, and it will be fine for another several years. Telling people that is how we would want to be treated, and it is why the work keeps coming.

We work on commercial property: retail centers, office parks, industrial sites, HOAs, schools, and municipal facilities. Parking lot maintenance and asphalt repair is the whole of what we do, and doing one thing well is deliberate.

What You Can Expect

Our Commitments

No-Obligation Quotes

Detailed scope and price in writing before work begins, with no pressure to commit — so there are no conversations about surprises later.

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed and insured for commercial, HOA, municipal, and government contracts throughout Utah.

Honest Recommendations

If maintenance will do, we say so — even when replacement would be the bigger invoice for us.

Base Work Done Right

The part nobody sees is the part that determines whether your asphalt lasts. We do not cut it.

Clear Communication

You know the schedule, who is coming, and what happens next. Calls get returned.

Clean Sites

Materials contained, debris hauled, and the property left the way we would want ours left.

Process

From Call to Completion

1. Site Visit

We come look at the actual surface. Photos and square footage over the phone are not enough to tell you what your surface needs — the base condition is what matters and you cannot see it from a picture.

2. Written Proposal

A detailed scope and price in writing, including what we are doing and why. If there is a cheaper option that solves your problem, it is in there too.

3. Scheduled Work

A real date, phased around your operations if you are a business. We show up, do the work, clean up, and walk it with you before we leave.
