What We Do

Commercial Asphalt Services in Utah

Our commercial asphalt services cover maintenance, repair, sealing, resurfacing and striping. We work across five Utah counties. Above all, we only take commercial work.

Why work with Apex Asphalt

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed and insured. So commercial, HOA, municipal and government contracts are all covered.

No-Obligation Quotes

Scope and price in writing first. Therefore you can decide without any pressure.

Work Around Your Hours

Phased, overnight and weekend crews. As a result your lot keeps operating.

Built for Utah Weather

Materials chosen for freeze-thaw and high-desert sun, because generic specs fail here.

Commercial Asphalt Services, Done Properly

We are not a general contractor that also does asphalt. Parking lot maintenance and repair is the entire business. So the client list is retail centres, office parks, industrial sites, HOAs, schools and municipal facilities.

That focus has a useful side effect. Most lots we get called to do not need the big job. Instead they need water kept out: cracks closed, surface sealed, failed sections rebuilt before they spread.

Get that right on a schedule and a commercial surface lasts decades. Skip it, though, and you are budgeting a reconstruction instead. Therefore we would rather quote the small job now.

Parking Lot Maintenance

Scheduled sealing, crack work, and repairs that keep a commercial lot out of reconstruction. Our core service.

Sealcoating

The protective recoat that blocks UV and water. Every two to three years on most Utah lots.

Crack Sealing

Hot-pour sealant that closes cracks before winter water gets into the base and widens them.

Asphalt Repair

Full-depth cut-out and patching for potholes, rutting, and failed sections. Repairs that hold.

Parking Lot Resurfacing

Mill and overlay when the surface is spent but the base is sound — far cheaper than rebuilding.

Parking Lot Striping

Stalls, fire lanes, ADA-compliant accessible parking, arrows, and custom markings.
