Layout and Safety

Parking Lot Striping and Line Marking

Parking lot striping is safety, capacity and compliance at once. Apex Asphalt stripes and restripes commercial lots, HOA property, schools and municipal facilities across five Utah counties.

Why work with Apex Asphalt

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed and insured. So commercial, HOA, municipal and government contracts are all covered.

No-Obligation Quotes

Scope and price in writing first. Therefore you can decide without any pressure.

Work Around Your Hours

Phased, overnight and weekend crews. As a result your lot keeps operating.

Built for Utah Weather

Materials chosen for freeze-thaw and high-desert sun, because generic specs fail here.

Parking Lot Striping That Meets Code

Faded lines cost more than looks. Drivers park badly, so you lose stalls. Worse, if the blue stalls no longer meet spec, that is a legal risk. Unmarked fire lanes are a code problem too. Besides, ghost lines make a site look unloved.

Fresh paint is the fastest fix on any commercial site. It is also the cheapest. We can match your layout as it stands. Or we can redesign it. Often a new stall angle wins you spaces you did not know you had.

Either way, the blue stalls, side aisles and signs go in to code the first time. Then you pass the check.

ADA-Compliant Layout

Accessible stalls, aisles and signage dimensioned to meet requirements, not corrected after inspection.

More Usable Stalls

Reworking angles and aisle widths often adds capacity. So the same footprint holds more cars.

Fire Lanes and Safety

Fire lanes, no-parking zones, crosswalks, stop bars and arrows, all marked to code.

Durable Traffic Paint

Traffic-grade paint at proper thickness. Therefore the lines survive a plough season.

FAQ

Common Questions

Every one to two years for most commercial lots, and sooner where ploughs scrape the surface. If you can see the lines have faded from across the lot, you are already past due.

Most lots are a single day. Paint dries enough for traffic within one to two hours in good weather. So we can stripe a section at a time and keep you open.

Yes, once the new surface has cured enough to hold paint. We coordinate that automatically when we do both jobs.

Often, yes. Changing stall angle and aisle width can meaningfully raise capacity. First we measure the lot, then we show you the options before anything gets painted.

We lay out and mark the stalls and access aisles. Post-mounted signage rules vary by city, though. So we will tell you what your property needs before inspection.
