Commercial Asphalt in Davis County

Davis County catches real lake-effect snow. That means more ploughing than most of the Wasatch Front sees. Plough blades are hard on asphalt, because they catch raised edges and scrape sealcoat off.

Striping suffers most. It goes down far faster here than traffic alone would manage. Therefore lots in this county need restriping on a shorter cycle. They also gain more than most from a sealed surface, since the blade then rides over a sound face instead of catching an eroded one.

There is plenty of older surface too. Bountiful, Centerville and Kaysville have lots well past their design life. Some are excellent candidates for resurfacing, because the base is fine and a new lift buys years. Others have failed underneath. You cannot tell which from the surface, so we assess before quoting.
